We sell direct from our own British workshops with no middleman, so our trade pricing is keen by design. Send us a like-for-like written quote from another UK supplier — same specification, same quantity — and we will beat it.
Like-for-like means comparable specification, materials and quantity from a UK supplier, quoted in writing and still valid. Estimates on this site are indicative maximums — your formal quotation is often lower.

Who does Montalvi supply?
We're a trade-first British furniture brand. Most of our work is contract and wholesale — hotels and serviced apartments, property developers, build-to-rent schemes, letting and estate agents and portfolio landlords, by the room or by the hundred. We also supply housing and student operators, and take individual bespoke commissions for private clients, subject to a minimum order value.
Is there a minimum order?
Our trade minimum is 5 units per design, and you can mix finishes within that. We also make one-off bespoke pieces for private commissions where the order meets our minimum value. Larger schemes are exactly what we're built for, so ask us about volume pricing.
What finishes can I have?
Eight core finishes plus any two-tone combination, every piece made to order — so a whole development can share one consistent look.
Flat-pack or fully assembled?
Your choice. We supply flat-packed to clear tight stairwells and lifts, or fully assembled for a turnkey handover.
How does pricing work?
Every order is made to order. The design studio shows an indicative estimate with VAT and delivery quoted separately, and we confirm your exact trade price the moment you enquire.
What is the furniture made from, and where?
A-grade 18mm and 15mm board with metal handles and fittings as standard — made to order in Britain and delivered nationwide.
Are you a UK company, and do you deliver nationwide?
Yes on both. Montalvi is a UK company — a trading name of Mando Systems Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17168657) — and every piece is manufactured in our own British workshops rather than imported. We deliver nationwide, to any postcode in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery can be a single consolidated drop or split across multiple sites and phased to match your programme.
